Former COO of PCB ready to help in Asifs Dubai detention case

Lahore, Jan.23 (ANI): Replying to the Pakistan Cricket Boards (PCB) letter enquiring about Mohammad Asifs Dubai case findings, former Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the PCB, Shafqat Naghmi has said that he is ready to assist the new enquiry committee, The News reported.
Naghmi, in his letter to the PCB said that he had an conducted enquiry into the issue and had also received a written report from Dubai during the investigation.
Mohammad Asifs statement was also recorded before the committee, however, it contradicted the Dubai report, the letter said.
Naghmi added that he was removed from his post before he could come to a conclusion over the issue. (ANI)
