ford1Mar 22, (THAINDIAN NEWS) American motor giant Ford shall have the stage up in flames with their new mean machine; V6 Mustang. The highly anticipated model will run at full throttle at the Bristol Motor Speedway, which happens to be an old school half-mile bullring of NASCAR in Tennessee.

The 1000 lap challenge will witness Ford Mustang V6 blazing the tracks covering 0.533 miles to meet the 1000 lap mark. Ford is looking forward to endorse this hugely hyped car that talks about offering the very best in fuel economy; something that will throw in a stiff challenge for all its rival models. What makes this 1000 lap challenge fascinating is Ford V6 Mustang covering a massive 1,000 laps, banking upon only one tank of gas. Now that sums up the mighty baby, covering 500 miles a tank.

It is being said that the test driver’s crew shall have the Ford V6 Mustang encircling the whole track in pursuit of the 1,000 laps until the baby runs out of its fuel. The event has called upon all Ford fans urging them to log on to the mustang 1000 lap challenge website, where they can throw in their assumptions as to how many laps shall the car cover before it runs out of its fuel. On every correct assumption, Ford shall have a lucky draw being held following which the winner will be receiving a 2011 V6 Mustang. The mean machine, decked up with six speed automatic transmission power, has already secured its name in the book of world records owing to it’s 305 horsepower and the EPA-rated fuel economy of 19 mpg for the city roads and 31 mpg on the highways.
