London, Mar.31 (ANI): Football star Michael Owen has been told that he must decide between playing for England or pursuing his other passion of horse racing.

Owen has his own stables but his international career looks over after Fabio Capello snubbed him for tomorrow’s Ukraine clash.Former England striker Ian Wright reckons Owen can rise again - if he focuses on his football.

SunSport columnist Wrighty rapped: “His career is going down the pan and it’s upsetting for me. He’s got the rest of his life to concentrate on racing. It’s something we all know he loves but football should surely be his priority.”"He’s had a rotten run with injuries but I don’t think he’s showing enough desire. “He needs to think, ‘I’m 29, I’m 10 goals away from being England’s greatest-ever goal scorer - and I’m going to have a real go’.” (ANI)
