Father of Rooney hooker hospitalized after heart attack
September 18th, 2010 - 2:23 pm ICT by ANILondon, Sep 18 (ANI): Father of Wayne Roney’s 1200-pound-a-night hooker Jenny Thompson has been hospitalized after a heart attack.
Respectable oil engineer Hamish Thompson, 55, was driving in London as he and wife Dani took their son Max, 19, back to university.
He managed to pull over, then staggered into a hotel lobby - where he collapsed and was rushed fighting for life to intensive care.
Doctors have described his condition as “stable”.
The coronary comes just a week after he issued a public apology to Rooney’s wife Coleen over his privately-educated daughter’s vice shame.
Jenny, 21 got a “hysterical” call from her mum as paramedics fought to save her father.
“Dani basically gave both barrels down the phone to Jenny,” the Sun quoted a source close to the well-heeled family as saying.
“She was effectively saying, ‘I hope you’re proud of yourself.’ Jenny’s been crying non-stop. She blames herself,” the source added.
Hours after her dad’s heart attack, distraught Jenny used her Blackberry phone to message pals: “The worst day of my life.” She told them she was “praying for my daddy”.
A relative there said: “The children haven’t seen Hamish - he’s under critical care.” (ANI)
