London, Dec. 12 (ANI): England coach Fabio Capello will make far more money than any other manager at the 2010 World Cup.According to Sky News, Capello is likely to make around six million pounds a year - three times more than his closest rival and Italian manager Marcello Lippi.

Lippi is in second place with 1.8 million pounds, Madrid newspaper Marca claimed.

The third highest paid manager is said to be Bert van Marwijk of Holland on 1.6 million pounds, while just behind is Switzerland boss Otmar Hitzfeld.

Capello also earns substantially more than the managers of the two teams widely regarded as favourites for the tournament in South Africa.

Spain coach Vicente del Bosque earns 1.3 million pounds, while Brazil’s Carlos Dunga makes 755,250 pounds.

The Germans pay Joachim Loew 1.4 million pounds.

Further down in the pay stakes are the USA’s Bob Bradley, on 246,599 pounds, and Matiaz Kek of Slovenia and Rabah Saadane of Algeria, both said to earn 221,902 pounds a year.
