Ex-England striker Gazza is set to open a chain of liquor barsDecember 24th, 2007 - 2:27 pm ICT by admin
London, Dec.24 (ANI): Former England soccer forward Paul Gascoigne, who has tried to overcome his addiction to liquor, is set to open a pub.
The 40-year-old Newcastle star is looking at sites in Tyneside and plans a chain of footie theme pubs around the world.
“I could open a bar in New York or Barbados and it would be a success, The Sun quoted Gazza, as saying.
Dr Robert Lefever of the rehab clinic Promise, said: “Addicts need to avoid temptation. (Gazza) having his own bar would be the worst situation of all.” (ANI)
