Nov. 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) It seemed that Devin Hester put in a lot more for the match against Philadelphia Eagles than was expected by any body who was present in the venue during the course of the game. As for the hapless spectators in the stands or the viewers who sat glued to their television screens while the game was played out, they just got familiar with another side of the player- his backside! In an unfortunate event that took place during the game, Hester exposed his rear end in front of a nationally televised audience, who sat in tuned to the NBC networks.
It occurred while the Chicago wide, Hester was attempting to tackle an incomplete pass that was sent flying his way by Jay Cutler. It turned out to be a faux “pas-s” all together! While he was making his way, Hester’s pants slipped off his waist and revealed an eye-full to one and all. Things couldn’t have gotten more unfortunate, as despite the peak show, his team- the Bears, lost to the Philadelphia Eagles and landed on their “back”.
Since it took place, there was no doubt that the sole incident would remain to be one of the most prominent and highlighted aspects of the entire game. Given the irony of the fact that Hester’s “extra” effort failed to secure any substantial gain for his team, the incident was sure to receive all the more hype. Almost on the heels of the incident, popular social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook were thrown in to a frenzy, tweeting posts about the incident.
