Eoin Morgan heads England IPL list
January 4th, 2010 - 1:23 pm ICT by ANI ( Leave a comment )London, Jan. 4 (ANI): Irish-born batsman Eoin Morgan heads a list of eight English stars hoping to secure mega-bucks deals in the Indian Premier League.
Morgan, who starred for his adopted country in one-day cricket last year, has made himself available for the Twenty20 auction.
Fellow newcomer Jonathan Trott, who is with the Test side in South Africa, joins Morgan.Yorkshire trio Tim Bresnan, Anthony McGrath and Adil Rashid, along with Surrey ace Usman Afzaal, Essex wicketkeeper James Foster and Sussex spinner Monty Panesar are also up for grabs.
Only a small number of the 97 players on the list will be signed, The Sun reports. (ANI)
