Drogba involved in spat with Chelsea fan
April 4th, 2011 - 2:20 pm ICT by ANILondon, Apr 4 (ANI): Chelsea’s ace striker Didier Drogba was involved in a spat with one of his own fans at Stoke on Saturday.
Drogba was walking off the pitch when one of Chelsea’s 3,000 travelling fans had a pop at him for wasting a late chance.
Furious Drogba, who scored in the 1-1 draw, confronted the man and shouted: “Say it to my face, say it to my face.”
“The fan was giving him stick. Drogba stopped in his tracks and asked what his beef was. Paulo Ferreira then dragged him down the tunnel,” The Sun quoted an eyewitness, as saying. (ANI)
