Kingston (Jamaica), June 22 (IANS) Late double-strike by leg-spinner Devendra Bishoo left India struggling at 166 for six in the second innings at lunch against the West Indies on the third day of the first cricket Test at the Sabina Park here Wednesday.

Rahul Dravid stood tall with his unbeaten 69 as India lost two quick wickets of Suresh Raina (27) and skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni (18) in the last four overs before lunch.

India now have a lead of 239 runs having scored 246 in the first innings. West Indies were all out for 173 in the first innings.

Resuming at 91/3, India scored 75 runs in the first session at the cost of three crucial wickets.

Overnight batsman Virat Kohli (15) didn’t last long and departed in the fifth over of the day. Pacer Fidel Edwards aimed a short-pitched delivery at Kohli’s ribs and the right-handed batsman in his attempt to get out of the line gave an easy catch to wicketkeeper Carlton Baugh down the leg-side.

Dravid and Raina added 48 runs for the fifth wicket and at a time when the partnership looked strong Bishoo struck to get rid of Raina. The left-handed batsman attempted a sweep off a flat delivery and the ball brushed Baugh’s pad enroute to skipper Darren Sammy at third slip.

Umpire Daryl Harper didn’t think twice before raising his finger and Raina was certainly not happy. TV replays showed there was no contact with the bat or Raina’s gloves.

Dhoni looked in touch with a six and four in consecutive overs but Bishoo surprised the India captain with a bouncing delivery which flew off his blade to Edwards at square cover.
