In the recent USC spring scrimmage it was Dillon Baxter whose name was on the lips of every viewer. His 50-yard run has made many compare him with Reggie Bush and Marcus Allen who have won the Heisman Trophy. Three years away to becoming eligible for the NFL draft pick, Dillon Baxter has come up as one of the worthy draft picks.

A USC freshman, Dillon Baxter has remained a quarterback in the Mission Bay High team. The recent USC spring scrimmage which has always remained an uneventful play in front of a handful of audience on Saturday became interesting with the wonderful performance of Dillon Baxter. The viewers in the Howard Jones Field were able to witness the brilliant run of Dillon Baxter who put behind the defense of the Trojans and found his path to success.

USC coach Lane Kiffin mentioned after the brilliant run of Dillon Baxter that the latter’s run reminded him of Reggie Bush’s run against Fresno State in 2005. He praised the player by adding that the defense was not able to stop him and it seemed that Dillon Baxter is “phenomenal” who did not bother to see who was before him and was confident about the fact that nobody could tackle him. However, he mentioned that the player has to go a long way in his career. Dillon Baxter’s amazing moves according to many were last seen in the plays of Reggie Bush. The player has also been able to gather fans who are waiting to see the player in the NFL draft pick.
