Darryl Tapp Traded To Philadelphia Eagles

Philadelphia, Mar 17, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Darryl Tapp had been acquired by Philadelphia Eagles on Tuesday. According to reports, the defensive end player Darryl Tapp has confirmed the news. The player was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles who acquired him by trading defensive end Chris Clemons along with a fourth round pick this season to Seattle Seahawks. Chris Clemon has been traded to Seattle Seahawks and the coaches of both the team feel that it will help the player to explore their potential.
The coach of the Philadelphia Eagles team seemed happy with the new inclusion in the team. He praised the player and said that his inclusion will improve the defensive end of the team. He not only the praised the player for his hard work on the field but also as a good human being and mentioned that the player will fit well in the new team. Reportedly, Darryl Tapp has entered into a long term contract with the Philadelphia Eagles team.
Darryl Tapp who was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks back in the year 2006 second round NFL draft, has seen many ups and downs in his career. He had in 2007 started 16 games and registered seven sacks. However, his performance has never reached that brilliance again. On the part of Seattle Seahawks who have acquired from Philadelphia Eagles’ defensive end Chris Clemon, the change has been welcomed with an expected strengthening of the defense end. Chris Clemon has managed the personal highest score of eight sacks while playing for the Oakland Raiders but has only managed seven sacks after being signed by Philadelphia Eagles.
