New York, Dec 17 (ANI): Tiger Woods’ high-school sweetheart has revealed that the golfer was heartbroken when he discovered his father was a love cheat.

Dina Parr, 34, told E! News: “He would just call crying and say, ‘My dad is with another woman,’ and that would be really all he could say.

“He would be so upset, so I just tried to be there for him and listen to him.”

Woods’ dad, Earl, was divorced before he married Kultida, Tiger’s mother, in 1969, reports The New York Daily News.

Tiger described his dad as his “best friend and greatest role model,” after he passed away in 2006.

But, according to Parr, Woods never forgave his cheating dad for his infidelity.

“He loved his father,” said Parr, who dated Woods for three years in the mid 1990s.

“And I know that was the one thing about his dad that he could never get over. So yeah, it’s interesting that it’s turned out that he’s doing the same thing.” (ANI)
