CWG Shooting: Narang edges past Bindra to take the gold

New Delhi, Oct 6 (IANS) World No.3 Gagan Narang edged out Beijing Olympic champion Abhinav Bindra to win the gold in the 10-metre air rifle shooting competition of the Commonwealth Games here Wednesday.
Narang, who equalled his own world record in the qualification round with a perfect score of 600, shot 703.6 in the finals, leaving Bindra (698 points) behind. The bronze medal went to James Huckle (693.5) of England.
