London, Dec.9 (ANI): Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is likely to field 18-year-old Tom Cruise against Olympiakos.
The namesake of the Hollywood megastar will play as a left back in the game.
The Sun quoted Wenger, as saying: “Tom Cruise will play at left-back. I don’t care about the headlines. Headlines or not, Tom Cruise will play. I believe he’s a very good footballer. But basically, I wouldn’t like him to be under too much pressure. For me there’s only one Tom Cruise. He plays for Arsenal Football Club.
“If you’re in his boots you don’t think a second that your season starts when you play in the Champions League. So it’s good for them to get an opportunity to play these games,” he added.
With Arsenal already qualified as group winners, Wenger will put out a side with an average age of 20 here at the Karaiskakis Stadium tonight.
About 35,000 Greek fans are likely to give the young Gunners a true baptism of fire. (ANI)
