Cris Cyborg Defeats Jan Finney In Strikeforce

cyborgSan Jose, June 27, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Cris Cyborg defeated Jan Finney in Strikeforce Women’s Middleweight Championship at San Jose California, USA, yesterday, June 26, 2010 and retained her Middleweight belt. Jan Finney was knocked out easily by Cris Cyborg in the second round. The spectators saw that it was an easy fight for Cris Cyborg as she had badly beaten Jen Finney in two rounds.

Cris Cyborg, the favorite of the match fulfilled her fans expectations by winning the game as she won all the fights in last five years. In the beginning of the match, the viewers thought Jen Finney would win the fight but Cris Cyborg punched on her face and hit her on the ground multiple times and ultimately she won the fight. The 24 year old Brazilian mixed martial artist has also won Strikeforce Women’s Featherweight Championship in 2009 by defeating Gina Carano.

The crowd gathered at the venue were kept asking for more as Cris Cyborg dismissed Jan Finney with punches on every part of the body. The fight took a bad turn when Cris Cyborg hit Jan Finney on the back of the head which led referee Kim Winslow to intervene and take away one point from the Brazilian fighter. The second round saw Cris Cyborg beating her opponent with the latter refusing to quit. The fight finally ended when the referee gave Technical Knock Out win to Cris Cyborg as she was beating Jan Finney brutally from knee to rib cage. The viewers saw an invincible Cris Cyborg as she has proved herself as one of the toughest competitor in the Strikeforce Women’s Middleweight Championship.
