Dec.20, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Dallas Cowboys kicker Nick Folk’s future in the team remains a bit unsure as the player was unable to deliver a goal during his team’s clash against New Orleans Saints, which could have resulted in his team’s defeat in the much anticipated match on Saturday. Although, the Dallas Cowboys registered victory against the Saints, the 25 year old player seems to have landed in trouble after missing an important goal attempt for a mere 24 yards.

The player’s future seems to be in jeopardy as Jerry Jones, the owner and general manager of the Dallas Cowboys supposedly was not very pleased with the kind of performance displayed by Nick Folk. Jerry Jones later added that he would be taking the matter into consideration and on the way back home, would also be discussing the details with head coach Wade Phillips. At the same time, the owner did not reveal any information on whether the player is in the team or out of the team, after his disappointing performance. Meanwhile speculations are running high about whether the player would be appearing in the upcoming matches of Dallas Cowboys.

Nick Folk’s contribution to the team came under intense scrutiny as the last clash with the New Orleans Saints was the sixth match in a row in which the player had failed in a goal attempt. Although, the player managed to deliver a 44 yard field goal during the first half of the game, it is being presumed that chances are high that the kicker would be terminated by the Dallas Cowboys some time soon.
