Cole told to rest, but goes out partying until the morning
March 30th, 2011 - 1:25 pm ICT by ANILondon, Mar. 30 (ANI): Ashley Cole might have been released from England’s friendly match with Ghana to prepare for crucial Chelsea games, but rather than resting he hit a club instead.
Cole thought it would be a good idea to go out drinking with the lads in London until 5 a.m. at the Boujis Club in South Kensington, the Daily Mail reports. The footballers were seen sipping on cocktails at the swanky venue before heading to Jet Black in the West End.
Earlier, England manager Fabio Capello said: “I decided to let the five players go because they had just played four games in 10 days.”Onlookers told the Daily Star that Ashley emerged ‘bleary-eyed’ as he stumbled out in the early hours of Monday morning. (ANI)
