Cleveland Cavaliers Owner Confirms Mike Brown Has Not Been Fired

Cleveland, May 15, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Bringing an end to rumors that had been raging on the internet about the termination of Cleveland Cavaliers head coach Mike Brown from his position, the team’s owner has finally confirmed that the coach still has his job, at least for the time being. Dan Gilbert, who is the majority owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers addressed a press conference on Friday in which he called the reports claiming the termination of Mike Brown as untrue.
The team owner has revealed that it would take around seven to ten days to reach a conclusion in this regard as the team management is currently in the process of evaluation. In the news conference which was held at the headquarters of the team, Dan Gilbert has stated that at the moment the entire organization is closely monitoring the present status following the second round elimination from the playoffs of the National Basketball Association. At the same time, it has also been revealed that the Cleveland Cavaliers management is also talking to the head coach as well as the General Manager Danny Ferry in know all the details which might be fruitful in reaching a conclusion in this regard.
Despite the fact that the team owner clarified that Mike Brown has not been fired, Dan Gilbert did not give any indications about whether Mike Brown would be continuing as the head coach of the team. One factor that was pointed out during the press conference was that the head coaching positions would surely be one things that would be evaluated before reaching any conclusion.
