music-cityNashville, Dec. 28, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Yesterday night, Clemson Tigers met the Kentucky Wildcats to claim the Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl in Nashville. The Clemson Tigers ran amock against the Wildcats as they outlasted them with a score of 21-13 and won the title of the twelfth Music City Bowl. Both the teams had a good offense line up. However, the game turned out different from what has been anticipated. As per the reports, not only the offense but also the defense of the teams played a strong game.

It appeared that both the teams have tried to use their defense in the best way so that they can easily restrict the opponent and claim the title of the match. Yet, it was the Clemson Tigers, who became successful in the game and defeated Kentucky Wildcats. Though the defense has received huge praises, it was the match wining performance of the running back, C.J. Spiller that added the score of the team and ruined the chances of Wildcats to clinch victory in the match. C.J.Spiller has displayed good form this season and has recorded touchdown in each game. On the Music City Bowl match, he scored 15 carries in 68 rushing yards and also scored three catches to help the team win.

The score added by C.J.Spiller has been well defended by Kavell Conner, the linebacker of the team. He had stopped Gene McCaskill’s aggressive performance in the game that helped the team in getting the lead. Apart from the defense of Kavell Conner, Jarvis Jenkins also played well to give the team the bowl title.
