London, Aug 10 (ANI): Lingerie model Abbey Clancy has done away not only with her engagement ring, but her fiance Peter Crouch too, and sought the comfort of John Terry’s wife Toni, after she found out about his romps with a 19-year-old hooker.

Clancy, 24, and Spurs star Crouch, 29, had a series of blazing rows after she arrived home in Weybridge, Surrey, from filming in Manchester, following which she banned him from the bedroom.

“She was livid. She screamed at him to get out of her sight and banned him from their bedroom. She told him to sleep on the couch,” the Sun quoted a source as saying.

After Crouch left for his parents’ home, Clancy later drove 40 miles to upmarket Oldencraig Equestrian Centre, near Lingfield, Surrey, where she met Toni, 28.

Clancy was one of the friends who rallied around Toni when England defender Terry’s affair with model Vanessa Perroncel was revealed in January.

“The two women share a special bond as Abbey comforted Toni when JT’s affair came out. If anyone knows the position she’s in, it’s Toni,” a source said.

“Toni was able to give Abbey some sound advice. She told her to keep her chin up and not go to pieces.

“Toni’s ongoing relationship with her husband is proof it’s possible to move on,” the source stated.

The model looked close to tears as Toni gave her a comforting hug at a posh stables where they both keep horses.

“They were grim faced. Abbey was obviously not wearing her ring. At times Toni put her arm round her,” an onlooker added. (ANI)
