Cleveland Police this week arrested the lineman after a 15 year old girl of the John F. Kennedy High School complained that the star recruit had fondled her. The tactic for the sexual abuse was pretty surprising for the player had done this to all the girls while pretending to measure them for their R.O.T.C. uniforms.

Although Chris Carter himself has admitted to the police that he did use such techniques for deriving pleasure but his lawyer Harvey Bruner told the media that his client is innocent. Investigations reveal that the 18 year old had taken the 15 year old girl inside a room asking her to take off her sweatshirt so that he could take the measurements. What came up next was a complete shock for the teenager for the senior school lineman asked her to take off everything from her shirt to the undergarments that she wore. The girl in her police complaint said that Chris Carter had deliberately turned the lights off so that he could carry on with the act without attracting any kind of attention. The victim however, refused and that is when Chris Carter deliberately tried to pull away her undergarments by grabbing her from the back.

Another girl too came up with a similar complaint where she said that since she knew the weightage of Chris Carter she could not save herself from his hands instead fell a victim to his pervert wishes except for having taken off her undergarment. Police have recovered the measurement details of eight other girls from the note book of Chris Carter. His football career certainly has hinted a fall with Curtis Grant joining Ohio State, which is likely to leave no place left for the JFK lineman.
