Chennai, May 10 (IANS) Chennai Super Kings moved up one place to the second position of the Indian Premier League (IPL) points table, toppling Kings XI Punjab Saturday night. By virtue of their 18-run victory over Kings XI at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium here, Super Kings occupy the second spot with 12 points from nine matches. Kings XI, which registered third loss of the tournament, have dropped to the third place with 10 points from eight matches.

Rajasthan Royals continues to lead the table with 12 points from eight matches, while Bangalore Royal Challengers are languishing at the bottom with four points from as many outings.
