Chelsea’s game is no more boring: Malouda

London, Jan 19 (ANI): Ace winger Florent Malouda has hailed the new Chelsea squad, insisting that their playing style is no more boring.
The Blues have ditched their reputation as a dull, machine-like side and are rattling in goals at an average of 2.5 per game.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side has scored only three less in the Premier League than top scorers Arsenal, The Sun reports.
The leaders smashed seven goals past Sunderland on Saturday as the manager declared they had a responsibility to the fans to keep attacking for 90 minutes.
Malouda said: “I hope this is just the beginning. Sometimes people speak about boring Chelsea but we are changing their minds and showing we have quality too.”
Only a few weeks ago midfielder Malouda was quoted complaining Frank Lampard got special treatment and it was stifling his own game. But he is now revelling in his role behind the strikers.
He added: “Last year I was playing from wide but I’m really enjoying new offensive responsibilities. It is really good to play in a team like this where you can express yourself. With the discipline we are showing as well, we can achieve great things.” (ANI)
