CBS College Sports To Air Patriot League Championship

cbsJan 27, (THAINDIAN NEWS) CBS College Sports, the popular program on CBS, is going to broadcast live the annual Bucknell-Colgate Men’s Lacrosse game. The game is scheduled to be held on Apr 23, according to the Patriot League, who announced the details on Wednesday, Jan 26. They have also announced that the game, which will be held in the Colgate’s Andy Karr Stadium in Hamilton in New York, will start off at 7 in the evening. The CBS Network has elucidated on the news, saying that they besides the Bucknell-Colgate Men’s Lacrosse, they will also be airing other Patriot League Games, at least 11 in all. Besides, they will also broadcast the Patriot League Women’s Lacrosse championship game, which is going to be a first for the network.

In fact, this seems to be a really busy season for CBS College Sports. In addition to the two Lacrosse Championships, the network has its hands full of other programs as well. They have announced that they will also air Army at Navy , North Carolina at Lehigh and Johns Hopkins at Army. The packed schedule starts in April and continues well into May.

The network has further announced that besides the Championship games for women, it will also air two regular season contests of the Patriotic League Women’s, both of which will be held in April. As for now, the most eagerly anticipated game is certainly that of the Bucknell-Colgate Men’s Lacrosse team. Both the teams had come undefeated in the regular season championship of the previous season, and that definitely increases the hype surrounding the game. Besides, Bucknell holds the lead at 18-0 in the all time series.
