Capello asked to improve his English
August 22nd, 2010 - 2:40 pm ICT by ANILondon, Aug 22 (ANI): The Football Association has asked England coach Fabio Capello to brush up on his English after players complained that Capello was not able to make his feelings clear during training and team talks.
He stunned them after the recent victory over Hungary by walking into the dressing room and saying simply: “Well done, good win, good win” before leaving.
Capello still relies on an interpreter to communicate with the players, News of the World reports.
Managing director of Club England Adrian Bevington made it clear last week that he expects better communication between players and manager in future.
Capello will name his squad for the Euro 2012 qualifiers against Bulgaria and Switzerland next weekend. (ANI)
