Browns Player Josh Cribbs Injured In The Game Against Ravens

joshCleveland, Nov.17, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Cleveland Browns player Josh Cribbs was injured during the match between his team and the Baltimore Ravens that was held on Monday. The wide receiver of the team got hurt during the final play of the match in which the Ravens registered a victory against the Brown with the score 16-0. The player was then taken to a nearby hospital where he received the initial medical treatment. Moreover, further tests are likely to be conducted on the player in the next few days in order to understand his present condition.

During the final play of the game, Cribbs grabbed a pass from teammate Brady Quinn which was then lateraled to Robert Royal. Later, the player got injured after the pitch when Ravens nose tackle Brandon McKinney hit the wide receiver hard under the helmet. Following the incident, Cribbs fell down on the field and remained motionless for a while. The trainers of his team then rushed to the ground and attended to him. As the player was being tended by the medical officers, players from both the teams huddled around him in prayer. The player was then taken out of the field to the locker room in a stretcher later after examining his condition Cribbs was transferred to the hospital.

After the incident, coach of the Cleveland Browns team Eric Mangini added that when Cribbs was shifted from the field, the player had the ability to move all parts of his body but at the same time no information has been given on the present condition of the player.
