Brooks Bollinger , the quarterback for Dallas Cowboys

Brook BollingerBrooks Bollinger is an American football quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League and was drafted by the New York Jets in the sixth round of the 2003 NFL Draft and he also played college football at the University of Wisconsin.Bollinger has also played for the Minnesota Vikings and New York Jets.

On September 8, 2008, Bollinger was signed by the Dallas Cowboys Bollinger is the third string Quarter Back, backing up starter Tony Romo and his backup Brad Johnson. Bollinger’s first appearance for the Cowboys was in the second half against the New York Giants, where he threw an interception in his first pass play which contributed to one of the Giants touchdowns and subsequently threw his first NFL touchdown as a Cowboy, a soft 9-yard pass to Terrell Owens

On November 2,2008, injured QB Tony Romo watched the game from the sideline, both Brad Johnson and Brooks Bollinger bumbled through a half and equally contributed to the Cowboys’s 35-14 loss to the Giants.

The Cowboys will be idle next week and are expected to get Romo back in Week 11. If not, Owens, Barber and Witten must-starts. Williams is borderline, but Crayton should be left on your bench.
