Cleveland, Nov 30 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Brittany Binger’s boyfriend is Cleveland Indians player Grady Sizemore who’s nude pictures have been splashed on the Internet. However he is not sitting idle as he has announced that he would be taking legal action against the concerned parties who uploaded some personal pictures on the Internet.

He claims that he had shot a few nude and suggestive pictures of himself and sent them to his girlfriend Brittany Binger over the email. The email account was reportedly hacked and the pictures were stolen, and now they are all over the Internet.

The pictures had been self- shot in the bathroom, in front of the mirror. He took sexy poses of himself in various degrees of undress and sent them, an act which is now coming back to haunt him.

The Cleveland Indians released the following statement late Monday morning:

“We fully support Grady as he deals with this personal matter. The posted photos were stolen from his girlfriend’s email account and a legal investigation is underway.”

Brittany Binger “tweeted” on her Twitter account that “My boyfriend & I are STILL together! These pic’s were stolen. I would never release pictures like that, ever!”

The couple has reportedly hired detectives to look into the matter.
