Brett Favre’s Sister Brandi Favre Arrested In Drug Bust

Mississippi, Jan 13, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Brandi Favre, the younger sister of Brett Favre was arrested on Wednesday after the law enforcement officials discovered an active meth laboratory at the bathtub of a condominium. The incident took place in Diamondhead, Mississippi. The law enforcement officials reported that they were able to locate the meth laboratory after they allegedly witnessed few people purchasing drugs and then following them back to the location.
The Hancock County authorities reported that they arrested five people from the laboratory, though they have not yet filed any charges against them. However, the officials reported that they would file the charges shortly. A source close to the Hancock County authorities reported that the suspects, along with Brandi Favre were at first taken to the nearby hospital for decontamination and then they were taken to the jail. On the other hand, some media outlets reported that Brandi Favre has already been charged with methamphetamine manufacture along with hazardous waste generation. Other suspects, who were charged with same felonies are Kiln, Carl Wynn and Marty Grimes.
The law enforcement officials also arrested Alesha D. Kirkland and David Michael Logan after the purchase and they were charged with sale of controlled substance. Moreover David Michael Logan has also been charged with possession of methamphetamine with an intent to distribute it. The agents, who arrested Brandi Favre and other suspects said that the whole laboratory was filled with smokes, fumes and overwhelming odor. When the police searched the apartment, they found that these people were cooking meth in the bathtub. Police officers collected 9 grams of methamphetamine from the apartment. Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre did not comment anything about his sister’s arrest.
