Berea, Nov 19 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Cleveland Browns quarterback player Brady Quinn has been fined by the NFL for his out of place low hit on Baltimore’s Terrell Suggs. Due to that, Terrall Suggs had to finally leave the crucial game and could miss significant playing time.

Then Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis accused Brady Quinn of this cheap shot.

Brady Quinn of course understood the intentions behind this accusation by the Ravens. “I can see why they’d be upset,” he said. “But again, he wasn’t even in my vision. I was trying to get to the ball. He cut across my face as I was already try to jump down for the tackle.”

In the game, apparently Brady Quinn was desperately trying to bring down Carr, but ended up doing something else quiet out of the blue and hit Terrell Suggs instead. He was then subsequently flagged for a low block and the Browns were also penalized 15 yards.

Brady Quinn received a letter from the league on Wednesday but he is not divulging the financial aspect of the fine that NFL has imposed on him. At the most, he admits that it is quiet a handsome amount.

“I wasn’t trying to go for him,” he said. “I was trying to go for the ball carrier. Unfortunately, a thing like that can happen. I’m praying for him. Hopefully he’ll be all right.”
