Bobby Lashley Defeats Bob Sapp

The MMA fans had a huge excitement as two stalwart wrestlers, Bobby Lashley and Bob Sapp came up for a fight over the ring and much to the satisfaction of his fans, Lashley won over his opponent Sapp giving him a tight fight. Though being a 273 pound guy, Lashley’s win was highly applauded as he quickly went and took down Sapp onto the floor who is said to be 67 pounds heavier than him. Lashley ended the match at 1:17 in the first round owing to his superb punches that nearly ousted his opponent.
Lashley’s booming wrestling career started from 1995 when he attended Missouri Valley College from where he won three Amateur Wrestling Championships. He came to be called the Blaster Lashley when he involved himself in the World Wrestling Entertainment from 2005. He is the winner of the four time All American championship. He is also a two time Armed Forces Champion and a 2002 Silver Medalist at the Military World Championship.
After winning the match Lashley proudly said,” to all the heavyweights out there, if you’re not looking at me, you better, because I’m coming. I’ll take on all challengers.” This was probably the rash reply to his opponent Sapp who had earlier remarked mockingly at Lashley that he will be hard to take on and that Lashley doesn’t know whom he would be facing.
It’s been said that Lashley’s win over Sapp is significant since Sapp too cannot be ignored in terms of talent as both are powerful players known for their great vertical leaps and both are able wrestlers to be in a Olympic team.
