Bikers set out for Himalayan Odyssey

New Delhi, June 28 (IANS) Fifty Royal Enfield bikers Saturday set out to conquer Khardung La - the world’s highest motorable road above sea level. The bikers set out on the first leg of the Himalayan Odyssey from the India Gate monument here. They will return to New Delhi July 12.

The Himalayan Odyssey is an annual trip organised by the Royal Enfield company. Every year, 50 first-time participants register and sign on for this trip.

The journey was flagged off by Eicher Motors Ltd CEO Siddhartha Lal.
