London, Dec 18 (ANI): David and Victoria Beckham’’s former housekeepers will not be facing charges over the allegation that they stole memorabilia from couples London home.
In October, house employees Eric and June Emmett were arrested along with their son Gareth on suspicion of theft.
They allegedly stole items from the former Spice Girl and her football star husband’’s home and tried to sell it on the online auction site eBay.
Victoria’’s parents reportedly became suspicious after they spotted their daughter and David’’s designer clothes and belongings listed on the Website.
The employees are now cleared of the allegation.
“After consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service, no further action has been taken at this stage against the three people arrested in connection with an allegation of theft from the Sawbridgeworth home of David and Victoria Beckham, Sky News quoted Hertfordshire Police, as saying.
“The injured party in this case is aware of the status of the investigation,” the police added. (ANI)
