Los Angeles, Aug 14 (ANI): England footballer David Beckham has squashed reports of possible comeback in the English Premier League (EPL).
Beckham has said that he might move back to Italy’s AC Milan when the Major League Soccer (MLS) season ends in October, The Sun reports.
When asked if he could return to the Premier League, Beckham said: “No. I enjoyed my time at Milan and they want me to go back. Milan is one of the best clubs in the world.”The 34-year-old LA Galaxy midfielder has been linked with several EPL teams, including Tottenham and Chelsea.
Beckham knows that he needs to play top-flight European football this winter to have any chance of being included in the World Cup squad next summer. (ANI)
