Arsenal players are little small to fight against tall players on crosses: Fabregas

London, Dec 8(ANI): Arsenal Cesc Fabregas admits that his Arsenal side will face a tall order against the Premier League’s big guns, because they are too small.
Arsenal was earlier bulldozed by a 6feet 2inches Didier Drogba in their 3-0 home defeat by Chelsea. And at 5feet 9inches Fabregas says his team were too small to cope with the Blues in the air - and statistics show they are the division’s smallest side.
Arsene Wenger’s youngsters were also swept aside in the Carling Cup at Manchester City.
“Against Man City we had a lot of similar players, who like the ball into their feet. Sometimes you need a different kind of option. Against Chelsea we dominated the first 40 minutes without creating too much,” The Sun quoted Fabregas, as saying. “Perhaps we had the same kind of problem and we were a little small to fight against them on crosses too. Overall I saw a Chelsea team that was normal, but has probably the best striker in the world. Without Drogba, their team would not be the same,” he added. (ANI)
