New York, July 10, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Like most others out there you must be wondering what was Jim Gray doing in LeBron James “big announcement” that was aired on Thursday night. Well we don’t mean to be harsh but one of the first viewers have called the airing of the LeBron Jame’s announcement to be “ridiculous”. Well that sums up why the over all reaction for the show has been uninspiring.

However, if one is delving deep here’s a clue. Jim Gray told the media that he accidentally came across Maverick Carter who happens to the business partner of the NBA superstar. Reportedly, Ari Emanuel was also present on that very same day who was the one who had suggested the basketball player to come up with an hour long show involving his decision for the free agency period in NBA. All three of them met at a restaurant after the finals and chalked out the idea of the show.

Maverick Carter accepted the proposal when he understood that the show would actually help him to raise huge figures in terms of charity money. Following that Ari Emanuel called up Maverick Carter to confirm that the announcement would be a fund raiser for the charity. As expected the esteemed sports channel accepted the offer and sponsors readily shelled out $3 million for LeBron James “big announcement”. Now that’s sheer display of talent from a talented agent. LeBron James is moving to Miami Heat which would undoubtedly be a hard time for Los Angeles Lakers. What’s more important is that Ari Emanuel might be the only one from Hollywood who knows how to pull his strings right and there is certainly no regret.
