antonioNov 15, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Antonio Margarito’s hard time does not seem to be ending. The boxer, who displayed an amazing performance at the Cowboy Stadium in Arlington Texas, and lost to Manny Pacquiao in twelve vigorous rounds, is now suffering from a fractured orbital bone.

All those who were present during the match cannot deny that by the end of the twelfth round, Antonio Margarito looked tired and exhausted with a series of punches landed by Manny Pacquiao right on his face. His eyes looked swollen by the end of the match. He was immediately rushed to the hospital after after the match, where the doctors said that he has fractured his orbital bones, which resulted in the swelling of his eye socket. The boxer, although suffering from a tremendous pain, did not want to quit the match in the middle as he wanted to fight till the end. He said that he is a Mexican and by no means he could give it up without finishing the fight. Freddie Roach, the trainer of Manny Pacquiao, appreciated his spirit, as he did not let the injury take a toll on his performance. However, he fell weak as in retaliation to 2 or 3 punches, he would get back 4,5 or 6 more from Manny Pacquiao. However, Freddie Roach also blamed the judges and said that had they stopped the match right at that time, then probably they could have saved Antonio Margarito’s career.

However, as of now, all the fans of Antonio Margarito are hoping for his quick recovery, so that he can resume his stardom all over again. He is supposed to undergo a surgery on Tuesday in Texas, but might take some time to get back to his normal self.
