Anna Kournikova’s mum charged after brother found ‘crying, bleeding’
January 20th, 2010 - 3:05 pm ICT by ANIMelbourne, January 20 (ANI): The mother of retired tennis player Anna Kournikova has been charged with child neglect after the star’s five-year-old half-brother was found crying and bleeding in Palm Beach, Florida.
Little Allan jumped out of a second-storey window and landed on rocks before walking to the footpath where neighbours found him.
According to WPTV.com, an affidavit revealed that his mother Alla returned to the house after police left a message on her mobile phone, reports News.com.au.
The boy was later treated and taken to a local hospital.
The Palm Beach Post reported that the 46-year-old mum told authorities she left Allan with a phone and locked the house because he refused to run errands. (ANI)
