London, Jan 3(ANI): Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has revealed that he is constantly under the fear of losing his job.

Ancelotti has led Chelsea to the top of the Premier league, but has come under scrutiny in the last month after Manchester United and Arsenal clawed back ground on his side.

“Every year I am thinking about this. I had problems in the last year in Milan. It is normal for a coach to be discussed this way. It is important to maintain control and not to be too afraid or worried because coaches are judged by results and that is the case in every country,” News of the World quoted Ancelotti, as saying.”It is more difficult to change 22 players than it is one coach. Ancelotti further said that he is not surprised that two more Premier League managers were sacked in recent weeks, and said that the Blues should be steady with the team to have long term success.
