Adebayor can stay at Real Madrid permanently: Mancini
April 8th, 2011 - 3:46 pm ICT by ANILondon, Apr 8 (ANI): Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has said that on loan striker Emmanuel Adebayor can move to Real Madrid permanently.
The Manchester City forward struck twice in the 4-0 defeat of Tottenham that virtually ended Spurs’ Champions League dream at the Bernabeu on Tuesday.
Adebayor joined the Spanish giants on loan in January and they have a 15 million pound option to make it permanent transfer in the summer, The Sun reports.
Mancini said: “I am happy he scored two goals and I hope he’ll continue to score. At the end of the season we will see. If he wants to stay, he can.” (ANI)
