Two hurt in Pakistan blast
February 3rd, 2010 - 3:55 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )Peshawar, Feb 3 (IANS) Two security officials were seriously injured Wednesday in a remote-controlled bomb explosion in northwest Pakistan, a media report said.
A security forces convoy was passing the Nala area of Bara tehsil in Khyber Agency when militants detonated the bomb, the Dawn reported on its website citing officials.
The injured were admitted to a hospital in Peshawar, the capital of North West Frontier Province (NWFP).
The security forces have cordoned off the area and started a search operation after the blast. A curfew was also imposed in Bara tehsil.
