Two govt schools blown up in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province
March 26th, 2011 - 3:33 pm ICT by ANIPeshawar, Mar 26(ANI): Two government schools have been blown up in northwest Pakistan’s Sherkera and Matni areas.
Unknown assailants used explosives to destroy the two schools located in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the Dawn reports.
Just a day back, two primary schools for girls were blown up by unknown assailants in Pakistan’s Khyber tribal region.
Thirteen government schools have reportedly been destroyed by attackers in Landikotal as of now, while the figure in the entire Khyber Agency has crossed forty.
So far, over 500 schools have been destroyed in attacks across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA). (ANI)
