Suspected Pakistani spy arrested at Delhi airport
November 15th, 2009 - 3:11 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )New Delhi, Nov 15 (IANS) A suspected Pakistani spy was arrested from the Indira Gandhi International Airport here early Sunday, home ministry sources said.
“He is being interrogated and it is still not clear what he was doing in India,” an official said.
“We are trying to ascertain his antecedents,” the official said. He did not elaborate when the suspected spy had arrived in India or whether he had genuine travel documents.
The arrested person may have terror links and it is being ascertained if he was spying for Pakistan’s spy agency Inter-Services Intelligence, the sources said.
