Six militants killed in Pakistan drone attack
December 27th, 2010 - 4:04 pm ICT by IANSIslamabad, Dec 27 (IANS) At least six militants were killed in a fresh drone attack in Pakistan’s North Waziristan tribal region Monday, official sources said.The US unmanned aircraft fired four missiles at a car at about 9 a.m. in Shair Tala, 15 km from Mir Ali town, killing six militants, Online news agency reported quoting official sources.
As many as 115 drone strikes have been reported in the restive northwest so far this year, in which more than 600 people have been killed.
