PPP leader accuses judiciary of being biased against Zulfikar Bhutto

Islamabad, May 4(ANI): Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Babar Awan has told thePakistan Supreme Court that thejudiciary was biased against Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. During his trial, it had been proved that Bhutto’s hanging was a custodial killing.
Supreme Court Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said the court would look into the case objectively and dispassionately.
The bench headed by Chief Justice Chaudhry directed Punjab Advocate General Khawaja Haris to provide case and supplementary reports of the investigation related to the Bhutto’s case from the Ichhra police station in Lahore.
According to the Daily Times, the proceedings of the Bhutto’s case will be conducted in-camera. (ANI)
