Rawalpindi, Dec. 25 (ANI): The Pakistan Crime Investigation Department (CID) has released the12th edition of its Red book that includes more than 43 names of the most wanted criminals.
The offenders of the high profile cases, linked with the assassination of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto, life attempts of former president Pervez Musharraf and the former prime minister Shaukat Aziz, are listed in the Red book, the Daily Times reported.
Sources said that Rawalpindi police had been given 164 copies of the book that rated alleged Bhutto assassins as the five most wanted terrorists.
Baitullah Mehsood, Ubaidur Rehman, Faiz Muhammad, Abdullah alias Saddam and Ikramullah, are wanted in Bhutto murder case. The Pakistan government had announced two million rupees as the head money for each of these men.
Four suspects wanted for an attempt on Musharrafs life also feature in the Red Book. Matiur Rehman, a Bahawalpur resident has ten million rupees on his head. Mansoor alias Chota Ibrahim, Umar Aqdas and Qari Ehsanul Haq alias Shaheed have five million rupees each as head money.
The would-be suicide bomber, Sikandar Sultan who was part of former premier, Shaukat Azizs assassination conspiracy, also found place in the Pakistans most wanted list.
Other sectarian terrorists enlisted in the red book, were connected with Lahore General Post Office suicide attack case, Pakistan Air Force Sargodha base attack, Church attack case, Iran Cadet College case and the Shah Najaf attack case. (ANI)
