Pakistani toddler survives after falling into spinning washing machine
February 11th, 2011 - 4:49 pm ICT by ANIKuala Lumpur, Feb 11 (ANI): A Pakistani toddler aged 17 months has reportedly been saved after he fell into a washing machine and got spun for nearly two minutes.
According to Nanyang Siang Pau, Ali was saved by his mother who heard his screams during the Tuesday incident at the family’s flat unit in Hong Kong.
The boy was believed to have tumbled into the machine after climbing up from a basket, reports the Star Online.
And it is learnt that he had accidentally turned on the machine before falling inside.
Ali, with bruises all over the body, was warded for observation.
Fortunately, doctors did not find any internal injuries from a CT scan and X-rays of the boy. (ANI)
