Pakistani apex court to hear ISI pay-out case Feb 29
January 23rd, 2012 - 6:37 pm ICT by IANSIslamabad, Jan 23 (IANS) The Pakistani Supreme Court Monday fixed Feb 29 for hearing the petition filed by Air Marshal (retd) Asghar Khan who alleged that the Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) had paid money to political parties.
In the petition, Khan alleged that former ISI chief Mehmood Durrani paid huge amounts of money to politicians. Durrani later in an affidavit admitted to giving money, the Online news agency reported.
Asghar Khan was the first Commander-in-Chief of the Pakistan Air Force.
