Pakistan wants improved relations with Iraq

Islamabad, Nov 18 (IANS) Pakistani Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar has said that there was a great potential for enhancing cooperation between Pakistan and Iraq.

The minister was speaking to Iraq’s Ambassador to Pakistan Rushdi Mahmood Al-Ani who called on her.

Khar lauded the ambassador’s efforts for strengthening relations between the two nations, the official APP news agency reported.

Al-Ani said his country attaches great importance to its relations with Pakistan. He also emphasized on enhancing bilateral trade.
